What's new
  • Blocking PIES files with invalid products from Export to Receivers
    • Exports will now be blocked if you have less than 100% on the PIES 6.5 or PIES 6.7 Validation Scorecards
      • If you select Export to File, you will still be able to generate files but the files will be flagged in the Export Manager
    • Scheduled Exports
      • If a Scheduled Export has products that are less than 100% on the 6.5/6.7 Validation Scorecards, that export file will not be generated.
    • XSD Invalid Flag
      • If a user generates a file that fails XSD Validation it will be flagged as XSD Invalid within the Export Manager
      • NOTE: This should only be possible if it is an Export to File or a Scheduled Export where previously valid products in Published were republished and now contains invalidations.

  • Receiver Hub (Beta release)! Search for receivers by Name/Tag Keyword, or State (USA only) to add to My Receivers list. 
  • Clicking on name will slide open detais, including links to social media, Google Maps of business address and other contact information.
  • Receivers can be tagged as DNS (Do Not Sell) - these Receivers will be excluded from 1-Click export even if approved and ready to receive data.
  • Active Scorecards from approved Receivers will be available within the Scorecard selection.

What's new
  • 1-Click exports are available to specific recievers. Users can export and send data directly to receivers from RxSpeed.  Skip the download and sending via email or other method. RxSpeed will transmit your data directly. Right now you can send to RxSpeed.com. Very soon additional receivers will also be available
  • "Select All Results" can now be added to a list. 
Enhancements
  • Updated placement of contextual actions on the published catalog. The options to export your data - either to export a file or send to receiver are bundled together and moved to the left side of the page.
  • Added the ability for users to bulk edit Fitment Notes/Qty/Label with "Select All in Results."
  • Added "drag and drop" functionality to the Digital Assets Uploader.  Users can upload up to 500 assets at a time. Improved speed in uploading.

What's new
  • Fitment assignments on data imports. We added the functionality for users to import fitment data with a single engine attribute and have the data automatically expanded into its variations
    • Example: 2020 Ferrari 488 - 3.9L would expand to have all Base Engines for the 2020 Ferrari 488 that have a 3.9L engine
  • RxSpeed loadsheet template is available to download from the Import Manager page. Users can download this template to use when importing data.
Enhancements
  • Product Indexes Clarity. If an Item has no Fitments assigned, the column shows "-." This has always been clickable, however, we added the blue underline to make this clearer for users.
Bug fixes
  • Resolved an issue where the file name was not always clickable after the processing was completed.

What's new
  • Archive and Delete Items. Users can now Archive Items from the Working Catalog. This action will also remove those Items from the Published catalog. There is an "Archived Items" folder acessible within "Actions" and items can be un-archived or permanently deleted from there.
    • Unarchiving will return Items to their Working Catalog
    • Deleted items cannot be un-done and all previous logs and comments are deleted along with the item.
  • Delete Digital Assets. We introduced the ability for users to delete digital assets from the Digital Asset Manager. Users have the choice to only delete asset (and keep assignments to items) or to delete asset and remove all assignments. If you keep assignments, those items will have a validation error
    • Published Items will not be changed, the asset will still be assigned until the item is republished
    • Exports made previously with the deleted asset will not be changed, and will still contain the original asset
  • Import Manager & File Upload. We fully updated the Import Manager with the new table and functionality
    • Import Reports: Simple report informing the user of the success or failure of an Import file to be processed
    • Import Processing State: Actions on an uploaded file are now blocked by a processing animation until the system is ready for users to import the Items or fitments
    • Uploaded File Download: Users can now download files uploaded into the Import Manager
  • File Upload. We introduced the file upload functionality so users can now import data via uploading files to the Import Manager

  • We added RxSpeed Asset URL to Assets so all images housed in our system have their own direct URL.
  • Column options with Product Index Column Builder were re-ordered
  • Redesign of Contextual Actions buttons and Logs to include a full update of logs and all contextual actions with new icons
    • Updated timestamp in logs to a MM/DD/YY format
    • Clean-up aimed at organizing actions in user-friendly positions and avoid the clustering of actions

  • Exports can now be configured from your working catalog. Previously exports were only available from your published catalog. Exports from working are available as a flat file and can be reviewed and downloaded from the export manager.
  • Release dates of the Autocare Database are now shown on the dashboard with a link back to information about each of the databases as well as release notes for the most recent version.

  • Users can view the details of a digital asset from the product by clicking on file name within digital assets panel on the item details page.

Release Notes January 18, 2018

What's new
  • Commenting System. Users can leave notes on products as an internal communication method. New and recent comments display on the dashboard for quick access. Users can reply to comments and resolve as needed.
  • Unpublish Action. Parts can be removed from your published catalog with a simple select and choose “unpublish” action.
  • Preferences. Users can choose their desired view for Product Details Page. Choices are either Full Details (which is the default) or the Ecommerce view. Both views can be selected at any time, but user will designate which will open first. Preferences also allows users to select their time zone.
Enhancements
  • Brand Info and Trade Info was moved from the Global Catalog to Account Settings.

What's new
  • Fitments research from within a product. Users now have the ability to add and edit vehicle attributes quickly within an item.
  • We added a helpful info-graphic when you navigate to Fitments. Users are guided on where and how to begin their fitments research.
  • Fitments duplicates notifications. We help you prevent over applicating an item by highlighting duplicate fitments for you to easily fix or delete.
  • Notification for an item without any Fitment data. When a user loads an item into Fitments without any data, users are notified with an image and action button to start researching and adding fitment data.
Enhancements
  • Advanced Search improvements. Users can now search through data by the following information: Groups, Part Terminology ID, Part type, Life Cycle Status, Popularity code, Descriptions, created by data and modified by date.
